As a golf enthusiast with limited rotational capacity, I was suffering from shoulder pains from tense muscles sitting in an office environment and playing golf for two years. After going to massage therapists, other physical therapists, and months of rest, I almost gave up until I found Leizl. Instead of treating my shoulder, she diagnosed that the source of my pain was the muscles around my lats and armpit area, which she proceeded to relax with her active release technique. She gave me stretches that are easily incorporated in my day-to-day life. After 8 sessions, all my shoulder pain was gone. Now I am able to lift weights, swim, play tennis, and golf without worrying. She is truly a miracle.

Leizl is terrific! I have a chronic ankle injury that was preventing me from exercising and playing sports. I did physical therapy at a couple of other places and made some progress, but I was unable to resume my activities. After a month I have been able to resume all my activities. In addition to manipulating the ankle area, Leizl provided me with exercises to strengthen my ankle, calf, and other muscles as well as to improve my balance. She taught me the exercises in progression and provided detailed feedback to ensure that I was doing them correctly. I especially appreciate the time that she takes to explain the science behind the treatment.
